Panda Hotel is Alpha Robotics' room-service delivery robot. Unlike the open-tray Panda runners, it carries items inside an enclosed cabinet (the unit pictured has four doors), so slippers, chargers, bottled water, towels, simple meals or a guest's invoice travel closed away between the front desk and the room.

Its list of jobs is hotel-specific: delivering room amenities and takeaway meals, collecting guest laundry and towels, carrying documents between departments, leading guests to their room, the bathroom or the lifts while introducing the hotel, and patrolling public areas with event announcements. It rides elevators on its own and supports QR-code instant shopping for small in-room purchases.

The chassis is rated for a 100 kg load, and the robot moves at up to 2 m/s with a braking distance of 200 mm or less. Navigation uses a 40 m LiDAR, and tasks run on an Android control system behind a 10.1-inch screen. It stands 1,060 mm tall, weighs 59 kg, runs up to 10 hours per charge and returns to its charger unassisted.

Hotels are the main setting; the same machine also suits office buildings, hospitals and restaurants with internal delivery runs. Elevator integration depends on the lift model in your building, so it is settled in the quotation together with the cabinet layout.
