Snow is the character-style model in Alpha Robotics' reception range. At 1,120 mm it is the shortest of Alpha's reception robots, with a rounded white body, short flexible arms and a domed head whose cartoon face is shown by a DLP projection display. A 13.3-inch HD touch screen sits across its chest, and a wide-angle camera above it handles face recognition.

Alpha aims Snow at schools, nursing homes, education and retail, and pictures it in kindergartens, play centres and showrooms, settings where a smaller robot with a friendly face fits the audience. It welcomes visitors, talks with them, takes voice commands, explains exhibits or services, answers questions from a knowledge base and leads people to where they want to go.

Snow and Timo serve much the same settings and list the same six core functions, so the choice between them is mostly physical. Snow weighs 30 kg on a wider 550 × 600 mm base, has 4 degrees of freedom and runs up to 10 hours per charge. Timo is lighter and slimmer, carries its screen as its head and runs up to 8 hours. It navigates by 40 m LiDAR to ±50 mm, uses an ultrasonic sensor for close obstacles and moves at up to 1.2 m/s. Its 20 Ah battery recharges in 3–4 hours, and an open SDK and API allow venue-specific functions to be added.
