Description
The Fairino FR30 sits at the top of the FR-series payload range, a heavy-duty six-axis collaborative robot for the most demanding lifting and handling work. Rated at a 30 kg payload (maximum 35 kg) with a 1,403 mm reach and ±0.1 mm pose repeatability (ISO 9283), it is the arm to choose when part and tooling weights exceed what 10–20 kg cobots can reliably handle.
Six rotating joints give full control of tool position and orientation, supporting motions such as approaching fixtures from multiple angles, orienting cartons during placement, and navigating obstacles within the work envelope. Fairino positions the FR30 as a platform product for palletizing, handling, and high-torque tasks, and it is also applied to welding, machining, and large-part machine tending where heavier parts and end effectors are involved. Operators use a 10.1-inch teach pendant or mobile web app, with controller communications including I/O, TCP/IP, and Modbus TCP/RTU, optional industrial Ethernet, and an SDK spanning C#, C++, Python, ROS, and ROS2. The long reach lets one mount service wider conveyors and multiple pick-and-drop points, simplifying heavier workcell layouts.
