The Geek+ S100C is the heavy end of the S-series sorting family: a large-parcel robot built low and wide (1170 × 832 × 590 mm, 235 kg) instead of on the tall single column of the S20 models. It carries up to 100 kg on a belt carrier 540 mm off the floor, and takes either one package as large as 750 × 1000 × 600 mm or two smaller packages in a single trip.

Geek+ built it for unit sortation, parcel sortation and bin transport, and aims it at third-party logistics warehouses, distribution centres, cross-docking facilities and airports — operations where bulky, heavy items would otherwise be lifted and sorted by hand. The chassis rotates independently of the carrier, so the robot turns in place in narrow lanes; Geek+ puts the resulting saving at 30% of the sortation area.

The belts do more than load and unload. If a package sits too close to the edge of the belt, the robot slows down and re-centres it before carrying on. Obstacle detection is by infrared sensor, with LiDAR supported, backed by an emergency stop button, and positioning accuracy is better than 10 mm. A 38.5 Ah lithium pack takes ten minutes of charge for two to three hours of work in a typical environment, and the robot is rated for −10 to 45 °C.

Top speed is 2.0 m/s, loaded or empty, and the sorting system can be configured for RFID or barcode identification. For items under 20 kg, the column-type S20C and S20T are the lighter, faster members of the same family.
