The Realman RMC-DA-LIII is a dual-arm composite lifting robot that pairs two lightweight collaborative arms with onboard perception, compute, and autonomous navigation to perform material-handling and manipulation tasks in real-world environments. Its bimanual architecture lets the two 7-DOF arms work independently on single-arm tasks or cooperatively on two-arm sequences such as pick, hold, and fasten, while a 900 mm lift column changes the vertical working envelope so the robot can reach shelves, bins, benches, and carts at different heights without repositioning its base. An NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin (64G) with 1 TB SSD provides the main compute.

Mounted on a differential-drive mobile chassis with LiDAR, depth sensing, IMU and encoder fusion, ultrasonic, and safety-edge sensors, the platform is designed for intra-facility logistics and manipulation, moving between stations, approaching racks, and repositioning for pick-and-place. RGB and stereo depth cameras across the head and both arms, together with 6-axis force sensing at each arm end, support contact-rich tasks such as insertion, compliant handling, and safe human-robot collaboration. Realman positions the platform for demanding scenarios including assembly lines, warehouses, and factories, bridging industrial mobile manipulation and embodied AI development.
