- Lifts carts, trolleys and dollies The robot goes under a compatible carrier, raises it, transports it and lowers it again at the destination.
- Keeps your existing carriers Wheeled carriers stay in circulation, so automation covers the movement between stations rather than replacing the equipment.
- 450 mm low-profile body The 630 x 825 x 450 mm chassis supports under-carrier operation and suits the aisles and transfer corridors of production and logistics sites.
- ±10 mm at marked pick-up points Aligning to a V marker gives the repeatability needed to engage a carrier, while ordinary stops hold ±30 mm.
- Built for repeat loops Milk-run circuits, transfers to packing and the return of empty carriers all suit a robot that navigates by SLAM between fixed points.
- Long shifts on one battery A DC24V / 50Ah Li-ion pack supports a 12-hour operating time and recharges in about 1 to 1.5 hours, automatically or manually.
Description
The Wonik WR300LF takes over the job of pushing carts. Its 450 mm body drives under a compatible cart, trolley or dolly, raises it, carries it to the destination and lowers it again, so the wheeled carriers a site already owns stay in circulation and only the movement between stations is automated.
Most of its work runs in loops: loaded carts from production lines to buffer or staging areas, trolleys from picking zones to packing or shipping, dollies of components between process steps, and empty carriers back to where they started. Scheduled milk runs with fixed collection and delivery points suit it well, with SLAM navigation handling the travel in between.
Plan the 300 kg rating against the carrier and its load together. Positioning comes in two grades: ±30 mm for ordinary arrivals and ±10 mm when aligning to a V marker, the tolerance that matters where a carrier has to be engaged the same way every time. Top speed is 1.2 m/sec, while about 0.7 m/sec is the realistic basis for throughput estimates once turning and alignment are counted.
Carrier fit is the first thing to check: lift stroke, and the carrier dimensions and underside clearance it accepts, are confirmed with the quotation. Within the range, the WR300CB and WR300CV carry goods on their own decks rather than moving carriers, and the WR600LF and WR1000LF are the models for palletized loads.

Frequently Asked Questions
It drives under a compatible cart, trolley or dolly, raises it, transports it to the destination and lowers it again. Your existing wheeled carriers stay in use.
Yes. The rating is the upper limit for the carrier and its load combined, so weigh a fully loaded cart when you size the job.
Carrier dimensions, underside clearance and lift stroke are confirmed with the quotation. Send us the measurements of your carriers so they can be checked against the robot's 630 x 825 x 450 mm body.
The maximum is 1.2 m/sec and the average in typical operation is about 0.7 m/sec, which allows for acceleration, turning and alignment. Use the average for throughput planning.
The WR300LF lifts wheeled carts, trolleys and dollies up to 300 kg and runs on a DC24V / 50Ah battery. The WR600LF is a pallet lift with a 100 mm stroke, rated for 600 kg, with a detachable DC50V / 50Ah battery.
It is offered by quotation — configuration, quantity and delivery are confirmed per project.
